Market analysis of Social Housing in the ROSH partner regions
This brochure, based on the "questionnaire on current situation", compiles background information on the retrofitting needs in the social housing sector in the ROSH partner countries.
The outcomes of the surveys realised in the ROSH countries and regions as well as a cross country analysis are presented. Moreover in the annex the complete results of the questionnaire are compared.

Survey on regulatory frameworks and economic conditions
The major obstacle for refurbishment in social housing is well known: lack of financial means. The ROSH project team analysed the specific, current situation in the participating EU regions in order to research, compile and assess innovative financial schemes. Results are presented in the survey.

Aim of these researches is the brief analysis of the state of the art and the individuation of advanced and innovative financial schemes related to the specific regulatory framework as well as to the economic and legal conditions of housing associations in the partner regions.
