The instruments of ROSH are information, training and communication measures, which will be developed and disseminated by the project consortium.
Further steps include motivation and activation that will be directed at the target groups. One project strategy will be to use the already existing communication and dissemination channels of the target groups, but to further develop specific new approaches to reach the relevant stakeholders.

ROSH aims at influencing the decision making process for retrofitting of social housing in the direction of having better and more efficient solutions in renovation projects and to stimulate the increase of social housing being retrofitted.
